Tom Carnahan

Thomas W. Carnahan is president and owner of Carnahan & Associates, a Real Estate sales and services firm located in Woodland Hills, California for the past 23 years.  He is also president and owner of California Mortgage Group and LA Escrow Express.  Mr. Carnahan currently services as a managing director of MLS Clearinghouse, an internet bidding system for real estate.  He also serves on the California Association of Realtors board of directors for the past 30 years and recently received the prestigious “California Distinguished Realtor Award”.  Tom has also been serving on the National Association of Realtors board of directors for the past 21 years.  He has been an expert witness for business and real estate related matters for the past 17 years and is a certified USTA Umpire.  Tom enjoys skiing, tennis, golf and jumping out of airplanes.
