Kevin Custer

Kevin Custer is a Founding Principal of Arc Capital Development, a Private Equity firm focused on the Education, Technology and Publishing markets. He has been the primary architect in the launching of six startups, four of which achieved over $10 million in revenues within their first three years, two of which went public with his leadership. The products of his companies have been installed in more than 50 percent of the K-12 schools in the United States with over 10 million online users each week and total over $100 million in annual revenue.

Currently, Mr. Custer is the CEO of Kinderstreet an Arc Portfolio company that provides the management software for the Childcare market. Previously he took a small Internet company, Brainium Technologies, public through a reverse-takeover of Canada¹s seventh-fastest growing public company. In his previous position at Infonautics, he led the creation of Electric Library, an Internet-based subscription service that grossed over $20 million in its first 30 months.

Custer received a bachelor’s of science in marketing from the University of Northern Colorado.  He has served as the chairman of both the e-business and the education section of the Software and Information Industry Association and has been a guest speaker at COMDEX Asia, serves on the Board of Directors for the Denver Chapter of the Associations for Corporate Growth.  He has also authored works on e-commerce, online marketing, Internet business models and electronic software delivery. Additionally, for many years he has served as a volunteer ski instructor for the National Sports Center for the Disabled in Winter Park, CO.
