Janis Salin

Ms. Salin is the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Tetra Tech, Inc., a leading provider of consulting, engineering and technical services in the areas of resource management and infrastructure based in Pasadena, California.  As Tetra Tech’s chief legal officer, Ms. Salin is responsible for SEC filings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and compliance, and equity compensation issues.  Before joining Tetra Tech in 2002, Ms. Salin was a Principal with the law firm of Riordan & McKinzie (which merged into Bingham McCutchen LLP in July 2003).  As a member of the Corporate Department for 20 years, she represented numerous public and privately-held companies in all aspects of their business transactions, including financings, acquisitions and sales of securities.  She also served as Managing Principal of Riordan & McKinzie from 1990 to 1992.  Ms. Salin holds B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of California at Los Angeles.  She also serves on the Board of Directors of Southern California Lyric Theater and on the City of Sierra Madre’s Cultural Arts Master Plan Committee.
