Ron Vaisbort

Ron Vaisbort has 20 years of diverse entrepreneurial and Fortune 50 experience leading technology business strategy, media & entertainment programming & advertising, IP acquisition & licensing, venture capital and mergers/acquisitions. Ron is the founder and serves as the Managing Director of Cloverfield Media, a company specializing in digital media investment, marketing and strategy for Web 2.0, mobile, branded entertainment and cable television properties where he is helping launch and grow several venture-funded and early stage companies, including Ripple TV, T7 Media Network, The Future Channel, Unicorn Media and Youscover. Previously, Ron served as Intel's Media & Entertainment Alliances Director, where he was responsible for worldwide strategic planning and business relationships between Intel and entertainment rights holders. He also served as Intel's liaison to Southern California companies and venture capital firms, and was responsible for the licensing of Intel's patent portfolio. Prior to Intel, Ron was the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Trillium Digital Systems, Inc., as well as a transactional and business attorney. Ron received an A.B. from the University of California, Berkeley and a J.D., Order of the Coif, from Loyola Law School.
