Jim Woloshyn

Mr. Woloshyn is the Chief Financial Officer of National Veterinary Associates, Inc. (NVA), the largest private operator of freestanding veterinary hospitals in the U.S. with over 100 hospitals in 30 states.  Before joining NVA in 1996, he served as VP, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer for Pacific Physician Services, Inc., a public company with over $400 million in revenue.  Prior to that, Mr. Woloshyn was engaged in roles as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer with physician practice management firms in Southern California for 12 years.  Mr. Woloshyn is a Chartered Accountant (Canada) who spent five years with Price Waterhouse before leaving public accounting.  Mr. Woloshyn is also a principal in Western States Development Group, LLC, which is developing a 500-acre site in Hobbs, New Mexico.
